Andy Ellwood

Andy is the Co-founder and President of Basket, the first ever grocery business intelligence platform powered by a community of shoppers. Andy is also a startup advisor, angel investor, and entrepreneurship advocate. Prior to Basket, Andy was a cofounder of Bond which was acquired in 2015 by Newell Rubbermaid. Previously, Andy led business development globally for Gowalla through its acquisition by Facebook in 2011 and then again for Waze through to its acquisition by Google in 2013. Andy previously sold private jets for Warren Buffett and served as President of the New York Aggie Club. Andy is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has served as officer of their New York Alumni Club for four years, including two as President.
