Explain the value proposition for customers.

The alltemp refrigerant is the market leader in energy savings. This has not been a factor in product selection - it has been around environmental impact, safety and performance, but not about energy savings. There has never been an ROI attached to refrigerants. The product is also non-toxic and non-flammable, so safety considerations are satisfied. Installations are true "drop ins", no equipment change, no oil replacement - simply vacuum out incumbent refrigerant and replace with alltemp. The payback period is between 6-22 months.

What is the technology's competitive edge?

The product changes the molecular structure of the feedstock (R-134a) through a process of heat and pressure to bond olefins. The result is a larger molecule that provides increased lubricity and reduces leakage. This results in less work by the compressor, thus reducing energy usage.

What is the size of the addressable market?

The market is $400 billion over the next 10 years. The current refrigerant market is driven by inclusion in new equipment and annual topping off of existing equipment. The Alltemp product opens a new opportunity which is refrigerant purchases driven by energy savings.
