What is ARIIVL's business and revenue model?
Revenues primarily come from building and investing in ventures that exit. We have other diversified shorter-term revenues streams including royalties, debt financing, and consulting.
If I invest, how do achieve returns?
When portcos exit, the cash available for distribution (""CAD"") from the proceeds from those exits are distributed as follows:
1) 100% to investors until they receive 100% of their principal
2) 80% to investors and 20% to management until investors receive an IRR of 25%
3) 50-50
What is the targeted 10-year IRR you project?
