Firm Overview:
Vistia was created to help solve the hardships associated with the financing market for residential market. Our equity-based financing options provide homeowners with additional flexibility, while simultaneously providing investors with an attractive avenue for real estate investment.

Investment Management Strategy:
Our investment philosophy emphasizes the value of asset allocation on returns and a skepticism of the value of active management relative to fees, especially in the context of a low rates environment. In additions to its low correlation to other assets, residential real estate is one of few assets which has empirically offered protection against inflation; we firmly believe it has a place in all well diversified portfolios.
Through Vistia’s innovative approach to equity-based home finance, we’re able to offer exposure to real estate as an asset class in an efficient and differentiated manner:
- diversify exposure in a given geography
- eliminate transaction costs associated with cash purchases
- harvest significant illiquidity premium
- emphasize tax efficiency
- provide embedded downside protection to property prices
