Additionally, Computershare, the world's largest transfer agent, has agreed to fund the investment platform that will facilitate the buying, settlement, and trading of all IPO shares. Importantly, THMG will own this IP, which includes all the retail investors that transact on that platform.

CfX was a financial marketing firm that pioneered direct-to-investor retail marketing using the Reg A+ securities exemption. CfX marketed historic Reg A+ IPOs to NASDAQ, NYSE and OTC Markets. The company was acquired by Issuance in February, 2018.
