Marc Schechter is an entrepreneur who has started, built and grown numerous businesses.  Over the past 15 years in his role as Senior Managing Director of Schechter Wealth, Marc, along with his partner Jason, has been responsible for the vision and growth of the organization.  Marc spends most of his time advising high net worth clients around the country on financial matters.  Marc has spoken to numerous groups of industry professionals around to the country. He has been actively involved with many professional organizations throughout his career, including the Financial and Estate Planning Council, NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors), and AALU (Association for Advanced Life Underwriting. Marc served on the Partners Financial Advisory Board, an NFP-owned company, as well as the Sun Life and John Hancock Advisory Boards. Marc currently serves on Pacific Life Insurance Company’s Advisory Board.

 

Aaron Hodari

While there he specialized in customized Fixed Income solutions, Commodities, and Hedge Funds. Aaron also worked with the Friedman Real Estate Group where he analyzed properties around the country for potential acquisition.

 

Megan Sandler

Wealth Advisor

Megan Sandler advises high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses in achieving their financial goals. Megan’s areas of expertise include advanced planning strategies that address wealth transfer, charitable planning, private placement life insurance design, and estate and tax planning objectives.

Prior to joining Schechter, Megan served as the Director of Marketing and Senior Vice President at Swiss Select Advisors – Emerging Market Equities Hedge Fund in New York, New York. There, Megan helped increase assets under management by directing capital raising initiatives for the fund. She worked closely with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and businesses.

Before joining Swiss Select Advisors, Megan worked at BNY Convergex as Vice President of BNY Prime Services Sales and Capital Introduction. During her time at BNY, she created a launch platform for emerging managers. Megan began her financial career at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co based in Houston, Texas, as a trading energy analyst in the securities division.
