THE COMPANY:  Brabble Inc. is a privately held social networking company that combines social media with e-commerce. Users can communicate with audio clips, video, pictures and texts, while having the ability to buy and sell goods and services via our patent pending technology and revenue model.

We create and very fun and engaging community that allows anyone from the average high school student to the largest celebrities and brands, to monetize their social media followings. Brabble utilizes the competition to grow and generate revenue.

MARKET OPPORTUNITYBrabble was developed to break through the obstacles and shortcomings the larger networks have positioned themselves with … primarily the forcing of “Pay to Play / Be Seen” ad sales monetization model which has driven many to different forms of marketing or other networks. Brabble is able to utilize our patent pending technology to use the competition in order to grow our user base and generate revenue.

HIGHLY DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH:  Brabble was developed in order to provide users free reign to control exactly how they choose to utilize social media, what they post, how they post it and who sees their content. Brabble takes it a step further to simplify things by combining an E-Bay-like component into a social media environment.  Almost the entire world uses social media multiple times per day. What better place to make some income by having the option to monetize your followers and sell them products like fashion, fitness, food, music and specialty services.

DEVELOPMENT MISSION:  Social media is now the single most widely used product/service in the entire world. Today, the average person checks their social media apps over 10x per day. It’s no secret that it’s a hot, growing space that is far from over. Companies are being sold and acquired for billions of dollars on little to no revenue. However, this cannot last forever. The purchasers of these companies need to make their money back. Brabble solves this problem by providing technology that creates potential revenue streams off of every single user while maintaining a fun and interactive environment designed to enhance the user experience.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:  With multiple technology patents pending, there are many key features unique to Brabble that truly disrupt the current status quo. First, on Brabble users can post all forms of media including audio, video, picture and text (even mix them together to bring posts to life). Users can also reply to posts (Brabble Back) mixing audio, video, picture and text. This creates an extremely interactive and engaging community of rich conversations. Brabble, by definition means to discuss, argue or debate topics.

*Star Tag is Brabble’s patent pending revenue model. It is a programmable like this is embedded natively into any post that can be shared to other networks like Facebook and Twitter. The link directs traffic to any website or landing page (such as iTunes, Amazon, Cragslist, etc…) where a purchase can be made. Brabble tracks a revenue share back to their network no matter if the sale is made on Brabble or another social network. So we are not only monetizing Brabble and our users, but also other networks and their users as well, thus using the competition to grow and generate revenue.

PLAN TO GROW AND SCALE BUSINESS:  Brabble’s technology is live and built. We plan to continue to increase and grow our technology by enhancing the app to continue simplifying the network for ease of use for the community to entice more sales and provide selective shopping, searching and selling based on interests. Strategic growth campaigns of affiliate marketing experts and traditional marketing to keep our ROI goals in line. As the user base grows, our revenue campaigns will follow.

MANAGEMENT

Pat Mackaronis, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Pat Mackaronis comes from a strong history of entrepreneurship. Beginning at the age of 20 while attending Monmouth University, he began a marketing company as one of the early users of Facebook and MySpace, utilizing his college networks to develop and grow a powerful social media network.

This allowed Pat to reach masses of people in the neighboring college communities across the Tri-State Area to market live events to, and sell products for local businesses. He continued to expand his network over the years and created and opened a restaurant at the age of 22 which later grew to multiple locations and the partnered in a nightclub at 23, continuing to market all his businesses, events and products to the masses.

Pat spent the next decade growing his network and expanding his marketing business nationwide working with some of the largest names in the Entertainment and Marketing Industries, from Celebrities, Musicians, Brands and Businesses.

As Founder & CEO of Brabble, Pat’s background, strong reputation and network have afforded him the ability to have amazing talent come together to support this project. The team is disruptive to social media by combining a highly interactive community where users can monetize their social followings while interacting in a fun and engaging network.

 

Jason Kimler, Chief Marketing Officer

A near 20-year veteran of marketing on behalf of some of the world’s largest brands, Jason brings to Brabble an award-winning track record that has earned him industry respect for both his in-house and agency-side accomplishments. This experience has enabled him to turn the marketing function into a center of excellence, with a direct connection to corporate growth and profit.

Prior to joining Brabble, Jason was Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing Technology and Strategy for The CHR Group, an integrated marketing services holding company. While at CHR, Jason drove revenue generation, cost reduction and risk mitigation across multiple business unit P&Ls. Previous to that role, he served as Director, Global Digital Media for SNAP Interactive (OTCBB: STVI). At SNAP, he surpassed all growth goals of the global dating app through his innovative approach to marketing to different global audiences. He also served as a Marketing Manager at Scholastic Inc. (NASDAQ: SCHL) to introduce and facilitate the integration of untapped technology to enhance and grow company’s digital marketing portfolio with an eye on increasing sales.

 

Luw Sookpaul , Chief Financial Officer

Luw brings with him over 23 years of experience, 18 years in public accounting and 5 years in the private accounting sector serving as the CFO for a national firm. Luw started his career working for a CPA firm located in midtown Manhattan 23 years ago and have worked for various sized firms.

Throughout the years, Luw has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of auditing, high net worth individuals, start-up tech firms, celebrities and athletes, partnership, corporations, associations, joint ventures, financial services, accounting for various businesses, trust & estates, international taxation, and valuations.

 

Brian Evans, Chief Growth Officer

Brian D. Evans is an Inc. 500 Serial Entrepreneur in Los Angeles, his online advertising and marketing company BDE Ventures made the Inc. 500 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in America, ranking at #172 in 2015. BDE Ventures had 2,388% growth in 3 years and was ranked the 25th fastest growing company in the Advertising & Marketing category.
