What problems does Inveniem solve?

Anyone with extraordinary and valuable content or artifacts needs us. That sounds like a grand statement to make but it’s true.

As a starting point, our ability to help our clients – from rock stars and athletes to brands and family offices – understand, protect, value, and preserve what they have for themselves and future generations is paramount – and the recent LA fires and coastal hurricanes have put a fine point on this need as bad things do, in fact, happen. People don’t think that there will be fires, floods, or fraud that will directly affect them, but history tells us otherwise.

Beyond the foundation of helping iconic, global clients understand the “what, where, and why” of their artifacts and legacy – regardless of where they are in their legacy journey, careers or cultural impact, our industry-leading, integrated products and services offer clients the opportunity to control and, if desired, monetize their world in ways they are, typically, not currently doing. So, we are, essentially, providing clients a holistic, comprehensive solution from discovery through user data analysis to monetization that drives significant short, medium, and long-term value.

And for fans or audiences of our public-facing clients, we are providing them direct, authentic access to their cultural icons' artifacts, collectibles, and stories, which drives engagement and a deeper, long-term relationship that benefits everyone.

What makes Inveniem unique?

At our core is the trust we have earned from our clients in an industry that doesn’t trust anyone. Over the years of building our business one client at a time, and super-serving clients with integrity, confidentiality, and honesty, we have become the industry leader.

As many people have told us over the years, we have ""done the hardest part” which is getting clients to let us into their homes and warehouses to take actual possession of their extraordinary artifacts ranging from audio, video, and photos to documents, equipment, and apparel, and then help them determine what to do with their cultural history using our integrated products, services, and technologies – all managed by our extraordinary, professional team.

From a competitive standpoint, although there are companies that archive or execute direct to fan experiences or sell collectibles and memorabilia, there is no company – other than Inveniem – that offers a complete solution, along with a full technology suite, for its clients, which further drives our reputation and growth.

Why should investors be interested in this opportunity?

Inveniem is very special in the sense that we have extraordinary clients, we have proven that we know what we’re doing across multiple channels, and we have a pipeline that continues to grow across verticals. Additionally, we have exceptional strategic investors on our cap table, an experienced board, and a team that understands how to do what we do in ways that benefit everyone at the highest level. In other words, the foundation of our business is proven and solid, and has been earned through hard work, commitment, and flawless execution.

As we look at our future, capital equals speed and speed equals growth, and we have an addressable market that is, almost, immeasurable. This translates to, what we believe, is a significant opportunity for investors to grow with us at this inflection point while bring on new clients, increase our competitive position, advance our technology, and expand into other markets and partnerships, and with a focused goal of delivering meaningful returns for all stakeholders and shareholders.

Brad Mindich of Inveniem

Brad Mindich “grew up” in the content and audience world inside his family’s multi-media business, which encompassed print, radio, online, mobile, technology, and events. Beginning his media career in the press room and leaving as president in 2011, he was immersed in entrepreneurial thinking and understanding deeply how audiences engage with brands and content across channels. After leaving the family business, he built a successful creative agency, which worked with clients ranging from Mercedes-Benz to Bowers & Wilkins to PwC to Gannett, and then started Inveniem with, again, the core understanding that content drives creative, and iconic clients need to control and authentically monetize their artifacts and legacies. Today, Inveniem has an extraordinary and diverse team with experience across archiving, entertainment, content, curation, marketing, technology, consumer products, event management, and media. Critically, everyone on the team understands the content and audience relationship, and embraces the core values the belief that trust, integrity, and super-serving clients is what builds successful, industry-leading, and respected businesses.
